Secret

Many people want to know the secret of how to influence people, seeing the fact that not only is it beneficial for them, but is also a good way to build character and relationships as well.

There are numerous ways on how to handle influence and what it can do to people, but there are certain fundamental yet very effective ways on how to try and influence other people.

First fundamental rule about how to influence other people is to know that first, it is important to consider that influence is not about self, it is recognizing the fact that one is being considerate of others and conscious about their state of affairs.

Selflessness is not about submitting oneself to the idea of giving up one’s individuality, but it is recognizing others and being sensitive also about their needs and wants.

Second fundamental rule of influence is being mindful of not criticizing others, especially

in resisting the urge to complain or condemn others indiscriminately.

Rule of thumb is that you rarely find people wanting to be criticized, regardless of whether what they have done is wrong or right, or whether criticism is constructive or destructive – no one wants to be criticized.
